1. About this service

MODAME is a private wardrobe, outfit planning, and styling app. These terms govern your use of the app and the account you create to use it. By using MODAME, you agree to use the service responsibly and to keep your account information accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to create an account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us so we can help secure it.

3. Ownership of your wardrobe data

You own the wardrobe images, garment details, saved outfits, plans, and notes you upload or create (“your content”). You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use that content. We do not claim ownership over your content, and we do not sell it.

We host and process your content only to operate the service for you — for example, to display your wardrobe, generate outfit suggestions, and keep saved looks and plans available across your devices.

4. AI Stylist and outfit suggestions

Outfit suggestions, scores, archetypes, and styling notes are generated by a mix of deterministic product rules and AI-assisted analysis. They are provided as styling guidance only and may not always match your personal preference, context, occasion, or requirements. You are responsible for the final decision on what you wear.

Garment recognition (type, colour, fabric, and similar attributes) is performed automatically when you add an item and may occasionally be inaccurate. You can review and correct these details before saving an item.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use MODAME to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content, or content depicting anyone other than yourself or items you have the right to photograph and use. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent its security, or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend or restrict access if the service is misused or if we need to protect the product and its users.

6. Account management and deletion

You can update or remove individual wardrobe items, saved outfits, and plans directly within the app at any time. To close your account or request full deletion of your data, contact us using the details on your account settings or via the app's support channel; we will action deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Service availability

The service is provided “as is” while the product evolves. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the app improves. We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of MODAME after an update means you accept the revised terms.
